At Conexus we make use of our inbound call center and our sophisticated online system to manage your complaints for you. Our system keeps a log of received complaints and alerts when they have not been actioned, need further action or can be closed off.

As with all our products, our complaint management comes with the ability to use our agents in dealing with the complaints or you can purchase the licence to use in-house.
